In India two days bund in Feb`13 was to published "anti-people" policies of the govt.Citizen are allowed to to voice their grievances. But that can not translate into violation of the rights of the citizen to go about their business freely. People were affected in whole of India by stalled transport, banking and other essential services besides being menaced by violence. One should remember that democracy can not brook strikes that intimidate citizen and use force to influence policy making.
